Our online shop ships worldwide. Due to COVID19, unexpected delivery issues may be beyond our control. All orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving them and shipped either on the same or the next working day.

• USA&Canada orders – due to COVID19, we are currently shipping via FedEx from our HQ in Bulgaria. The delivery time is four to five working days. Still, there may be delays in entering USA&Canada that are out of our control. 
• Bulgaria&Greece orders will be shipped from our HQ in Bulgaria via ECONT. The delivery time is two to three working days. If you would like to use a different shipping method, please let us know in the notes. 
• Europe orders – all shipped with TNT with delivery times
  • Germany – two to three days delivery
  • Rest of Europe – between two and four days delivery
• Russia – due to local regulation, we can only ship with regular post services. Delivery time is up to ten working days.
• Rest of the world – all orders will be shipped from our HQ in Bulgaria, with FedEx. Please allow up to ten days for delivery.

TRACKING

We will provide you with a tracking ID number once your order is shipped. Please check your spam folder or contact us if you don’t find it. 

RETURNS

Make sure to check all the product info before purchasing. Also, feel free to email us at contact@theunderdogshop.com before placing an order if you have any questions. We’ll make sure to get back to you within 24 hours.

You may return any item within 30 days after receiving it. You can exchange it for another item or get a refund. Refunds cover the costs of the items but do not cover the shipping expenses. If you wish to get refunded, you’ll have to send your package back at your costs to:

Currently, we are not able to issue returning labels.

We at The Underdog Shop are dedicated to minimizing our CO2 footprint. We encourage you to choose a method to return your pack with shipping suppliers that are limiting their CO2 emissions.
